John, it was always such a please working with you and, later, getting to know you. I will be forever grateful for your advice and counsel and, each Christmas, for your recommendation to try Westwood Farm for my tree. The last three have been my best so far and from now on I shall hang an ornament on her in your honour. I looked for you again this year, on opening day. You are gone far, far too soon.
